What we collect
Through the enquiry form we collect the data needed to reply and prepare a stay proposal: name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, selected accommodation type and message content. If you request an invoice or make a booking, we may also process invoice data and data required by law.
What we use it for
We process data to answer enquiries, check availability and stay conditions, handle bookings, issue accounting documents, meet legal obligations and secure possible claims. After consent to analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics 4 to collect visit statistics and improve the website. We currently do not run a newsletter or marketing retargeting through this site.
Legal basis
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before entering into a contract and booking performance), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations, including accounting), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: contact, enquiry handling and claims), and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR if you separately consent to processing that is not necessary for the stay.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle correspondence and refer back to arrangements. Booking and settlement data is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Data needed to defend or pursue claims may be kept until the relevant limitation period expires.
Sharing
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages, and forms are handled by Cloudflare Pages Functions and sent by email through Resend. Domain email uses OVH MX records. Data may also be shared with accounting, hosting/email providers and entities necessary to handle bookings or legal obligations. We do not sell data.
External services on the site
The site may load external resources such as Google Fonts and Google Maps on contact and location pages. Links to Google or Facebook profiles lead to external services only after you click them. Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-2XRZJ4KGPV runs in consent mode: before acceptance, analytics storage is denied by default, and GA4 statistics are enabled after clicking “Accept all”. Meta Pixel, GTM and Microsoft Clarity are currently not enabled.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, data portability and withdrawal of consent where consent was the basis for processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: uodo.gov.pl.
