Prices are per night and informational. Hotel day starts at 15:00 and ends at 11:00. The table shows confirmed rates for the guest variants listed. For 4- or 5-guest stays in a studio, house or apartment, please confirm the rate directly with reception.

Booking, payment, cancellation

Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00 the next day.
Payment details are confirmed by reception when arranging the booking.
The property operates seasonally: 15.04-15.10.2026.
Meals are available to guests: breakfast and dinner. Dinner is served as a buffet for groups above 15 people; below that threshold it is served to the table.

Deposit terms are confirmed by reception when arranging the booking.
Cancellation terms are confirmed by reception when arranging the booking.

House rules

House rules apply on the property and to all persons present. By making a booking or paying a deposit the Guest confirms they have read and accepted the rules.

Summary

Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00. Details of late arrival should be confirmed directly with the property.
Photo ID required at check-in.
Pet stay details and fees should be confirmed directly with reception before arrival.
No smoking. Cleaning fee applies if the rule is broken.
Quiet hours 22:00 â€“ 06:00.
No drugs. Police will be called and the Guest will leave without refund.
No open flames (candles), no extra electrical appliances beyond room equipment, no weapons or hazardous materials.
Guests under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. Guardians are responsible for any damage caused by minors.
Guests are financially liable for damage to room equipment.
Items left behind: returned at the Guestâ€™s expense, or stored 3 months and then transferred to the property of Polonia Rewal.

Privacy policy

The property processes Guest personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the stay, issuing invoices, and correspondence. Legal basis: GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and internal regulations.

Data controller: Kompleks Wypoczynkowy "POLONIA" Ryszard Szczepański, ul. Saperska 7, 72-344 Rewal, Poland.
Purpose: fulfilling the booking and stay, issuing VAT invoices (when required), correspondence.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract) and (c) (legal obligation â€” invoices, reporting).
Retention: up to 5 years after the stay ends (per Polish tax law).
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, complaint to the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
Data is not transferred outside the EEA and not used for profiling.

VAT invoice

We issue VAT invoices to companies and individuals. Please send invoice details at booking or check-in — no later than the day of check-out.
